Assisting with construction matters on public and private projects, draft and review of contract documents (including AIA form contracts), asserting and defending mechanics’ liens and surety bond claims, and resolving payment issues;
Litigating issues related to copyrights, patents, trademarks and unfair competition, including enforcement of non-compete provisions; and
Facilitating or participating in alternative dispute resolution including negotiation, mediation and arbitration.
